AGM October 3, 2009
We will be holding our AGM to elect a new board of directors and to plan for the future of the organization. The meeting will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 3 at Muddy Waters Cafe (8211 111 Street), please let us know if you will be attending
No Service in 2009
The People's Pedal will not be providing its bike sharing service in 2009. The 2008 season saw us lose 95% of our bikes to theft and, as a volunteer run organization, we were unable to cope with the loss. Over the course of 2009 the People's Pedal will be planning how to bring bicycle sharing to the City of Edmonton. Please send us your thoughts on how bicycles can be brought to the people of Edmonton.
The People's Peddler
You can check out People's Pedal news in past issues of the Peddler. The Peddler was published in April 2008 and January 2008. A new issue of the Peddler will be coming in the Spring of 2009.
